Psalms 109:9-20

9Let his achildren be fatherless
And his bwife a widow.
10Let his cchildren wander about and beg;
And let them dseek sustenance
Or out of their desolate places
far from their ruined homes.
11Let fthe creditor
Lit ensnare, strike at
seize all that he has,
And let hstrangers plunder the product of his labor.
12Let there be none to
Lit continue
,
jextend lovingkindness to him,
Nor kany to be gracious to his fatherless children.
13Let his lposterity be
Lit for cutting off
cut off;
In a following generation let their nname be blotted out.

14Let othe iniquity of his fathers be remembered
Lit to
before the Lord,
And do not let the sin of his mother be qblotted out.
15Let rthem be before the Lord continually,
That He may scut off their memory from the earth;
16Because he did not remember to show lovingkindness,
But persecuted the tafflicted and needy man,
And the udespondent in heart, to vput them to death.
17He also loved cursing, so wit came to him;
And he did not delight in blessing, so it was far from him.
18But he xclothed himself with cursing as with his garment,
And it yentered into
Lit his inward parts
his body like water
And like oil into his bones.
19Let it be to him as aaa garment with which he covers himself,
And for a belt with which he constantly abgirds himself.
20
Lit This is
Let this be the adreward of my accusers from the Lord,
And of those who aespeak evil against my soul.
